Project Summary
The digital landscape is evolving. The past decade has been a sharp rise in content creation and influencer marketing, whilst changing the dynamics of how brands connect with their target audience. Social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and others and empowered creators to amass large followings based on their content, expertise and personality. However, despite their popularity, many influencers struggle to monetize their online presence effectively, relying on brand deals - which may not provide a stable income. Additionally, there is a need to also diversify revenue streams. Brands also face challenges in finding the right influencers that align with their target audience and values. Authenticity of influencer endorsements plays a huge role in a brand campaigns success.

Problem Definition

In the evolving landscape of influencer culture and digital marketing, brands and content creators face challenges in effectively engaging and connecting with each other.

Content creators struggle to monetise their online presence beyond brand deals, and brands find it challenging to find influencers that genuinely resonate with their target audience and values. This gap requires a solution to create authentic partnerships between the two parties, whilst offering a diversified revenue stream to content creators, by selling their own digital products.

Creator central is a comprehensive platform that bridges that gap between content creators and brands through an innovative affiliate-based system. Our platform empowers content creators to generate revenue by endorsing products they genuinely love, whilst enabling to generate income through the sale of digital products. Additionally, Creator Central provides brands access to a pool of influencers that align with their niche and target audience.Our platforms seeks to redefine how content creators monetize their creativity, and how brands can get access to authentic endorsements, which will ultimately reshape the dynamics of online marketing and content creation.

1. Influencer Monetisation Challenges: Our research has shown that many content creators struggle to monetize their online presence effectively beyond brand deals. This is why we set on a challenge to create a platform that enables you to create diverse revenue streams, through both affiliate marketing and digital product sales.

2. Authenticity and Brand Alignment: Authenticity is crucial for successful influencer marketing campaigns. Brands want to work with influencers whose values and content align with their target audience.

3. Demand for Digital Products: Our research indicates a growing demand for digital products, including eBooks, art, music, podcasts, templates and more. Our platform incorporates a digital product marketplace, enabling creators with an additional avenue for monetization.

4. Content Creators' Desire for Control: Many content creators have shown a desire for greater control over their income and brand partnerships. They also want to stay up to date with their revenue information.
